WHO WE ARE
In the historic center of Catania, in an ancient building from the end of the 19th century without a lift, the XX Miglia is a place of hospitality and courtesy, that makes the property an authentic place of relaxation.
The property is immersed in the heart of Catania in a multi-ethnic neighborhood near the old red light district of Catania "S.Berillo" and the most renowned areas and sites that make it a city of historical and cultural interest.
It is located in a strategic position 10 minutes walk from via Etnea, Piazza Duomo, as well as from the fascinating harmony of the "Fiera", a typical daily market, and the lively and picturesque "Pescheria", the historic fish market.
The warm and comfortable rooms all have private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, LED TV and electric kettle.
An Italian and continental breakfast is served every morning in the dining room, based on sweet baked goods, croissants, gluten-free products on request, hot and cold drinks and many other delicacies to satisfy every palate.

The cleaning of the rooms and services is always carried out at the change of guests, every 3 nights during long stays.
Any request for extra cleaning or extra linen change will be subject to a supplement.

Pets are allowed on request and there is no supplement.

Discounted parking
The structure has an agreement with the guarded open parking "Big parking"; it is located 500 meters from our property and is open 24 hours, and the car rate is 10 € / 24h.

The property has a non-smoking policy in all indoor areas and in all rooms. Customers can only smoke on the private terrace.
